What are cold pressed Juices?

Cold-pressed juice refers to juice that uses a hydraulic press to extract juice from fruit and vegetables, as opposed to other methods such as centrifugal or single auger. Wikipedia

Basically the Cold Press juicer slowly presses and extracts the juice from the fruit or Vegetable without any friction or heat, which in turns maintains all the natural goodness.


How are the juices made?

The juices are made lovingly by hand by one of our 'Juice Angels', using the freshest fruit and vegetables.


Are the juices vegan friendly?

Yes. All our juices are plant based. Our Nut Mylks are all made using either Almonds or Cashews.


How much juice in each bottle?

500ml - Juices |  60ml - Shots  | 375ml - Soups


Are the juices diluted with water?


However, the Nut Mylks and Black Lemonade are of course made with Filtered Water.


Do I need to prepare for a juice cleanse?

We advise you to prepare your body for any juice cleanse. At least 2 days before beginning your cleanse, assist your body by avoiding any processed or junk foods and red meat. Consume more vegetables and drink more water. It is also helpful to reduce or completely cut your caffeine intake and alcohol.


Is it ok to exercise during a juice cleanse?

Movement can actually facilitate the process of detoxing so yes, continue with light exercise such as yoga, pilates, walking or gentle swimming. Just try not to over do it. After your cleanse is finished and when you transition into healthy, clean eating, start to step up your exercise program. A juice cleanse is a fantastic way to jumpstart a healthy new lifestyle all around.


I’m pregnant, can I juice cleanse?

Our Juice plans are ideal as a supplement to your regular diet when pregnant or nursing.

If you are pregnant or nursing, elderly, or have a weakened immune system, please seek medical advice before starting any juice cleanse program.
