Introducing Sophia, the vibrant and enthusiastic creator behind Juice Medic.
Sophia's fascination (or some might say, her all-consuming passion) for health and nutrition ignited years ago when she received a life-altering diagnosis of Endometriosis, an incurable chronic disease.
Rather than letting this news dampen her spirits, Sophia embraced it as an opportunity for personal growth and transformation. Her journey into the world of health and wellness became an adventure of discovery.

In 2017, whilst working her role as Commercial Office Manager for Birmingham City FC, Juice Medic was born. It was a side project that quickly became a significant part of her life. Sophia's passion for health had found a creative outlet, and she was excited to share her discoveries with others.

Around 2019, Sophia decided to take her enthusiasm to the next level by becoming a certified Health Coach. Armed with her newfound knowledge and fuelled by her own experiences, she set out to help others on their quest for well-being.
